| 1. If this is your first time Contact Us by phone or e-mail so we know who you are. 2. Send Photograph, Transperency, Negative, or Digital File. Digital Files should be on CD Rom, JAZ 1 Gig, Zip 100. Files should be in Photoshop, Tiff, or EPS format. Typical file size should be 50 Megabytes or more. We also have FTP access if you have a fast connection you can upload your file directly to our FTP site. Contact by Phone or E-mail for Password and User Name to upload your file. You should send printed sample of what your file is suppose to look like. Otherwise we will try to match the sample you send in. If you need a photograph taken of your artwork please contact by phone or email to arrange a digital photograph. There is no charge for this BUT the photo is 5 megapixels so enlargement size is limited to small output. We recommend taking your own photos with film or have Professional Photographer take your pictures. You will capture more detail, and clarity. 3. We will print a small 6 or 7 inch proof unless you specify larger proof size. Max Proof size is 8x10. This proof or multiple proofs will be sent to you in the mail. Once you recieve proofs contact us by e-mail or phone if you approve the output. If you do not approve please let us know what is wrong or what is needed. To Dark, To light, color off, not bright enough, Etc....... We will continue to send you proofs until you are satisfied 4 Once you approve the sample we will print large size that you specify and ship UPS ground. 1 day delivery time in Bay Area. 5. A few days after delivery invoice bill will be sent via mail. Pay by Check or Cash. |
